Once approved, project details and deliverables cannot be changed without consent.
4. Pricing and Payment

Payments may be required in advance or in milestones as agreed.
Delay in payment may result in project delay or suspension.
5. Project Timeline
Timelines will be communicated at the start of the project.
Delays due to client-side approvals or changes may affect delivery timelines.
6. Client Responsibilities

Any delay in input may impact project execution.
7. Revisions and Changes
Limited revisions may be included as per agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be chargeable.
8. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
M/S Srijon retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Cancellation Policy
Project cancellation must be communicated in writing.
Charges may apply based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
10. Limitation of Liability
M/S Srijon shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of advertising services.
11. Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
